Priory Brewing have partnered with The Legal Eagle, winners of Best Gastro Pub in Ireland at the recent Irish Restaurant Awards, to host a Brewer’s Lunch.

The Legal Eagle will be serving Venial Sin Session IPA and Original Sin IPA from Priory Brewing, an exciting new microbrewery producing top quality craft beers at their facility in Tallaght and will also be incorporating the beers into the preparation and cooking of the food that will be served on the day.

The food at The Legal Eagle embraces ‘nose to tail’ dining and showcases the best of Irish produce as chefs prepare comforting classics with a creative twist. The menu for the Brewer’s Lunch will follow this ethos serving diners two courses of traditional Irish fare which will include a succulent Sunday roast – using the Priory Brewing beers in the slow cooking process, their homemade beer mustard as a condiment and a completely new take on dessert with a beer ice cream for those who really love their beer.
