Join us at the Connemara Sands Hotel, Ballyconneely. Co. Galway on Sunday the 1st of July, from 3 – 6pm for a unique, casual food and beer pairing event. Chefs Stefan Matz and Sinead Quinn will prepare an 8 course tasting menu, paired with a selection of artisan beers from Black Donkey Brewing, of Ballinlough Co.Roscommon, and some light music to set the summer mood.
Weather permitting, the event will take place on the beach adjoining the hotel, in the very rare event of the weather not cooperating, we will be under cover, in the Erriseask restaurant at the hotel.
No need to get all dressed up, the focus for this plainclothes event is your culinary satisfaction.
Hosted by head brewer, Richard Siberry, this special occasion will see some of the best of Irelands local produce, both liquid and solid; artfully matched by the combined kitchen and brewery teams.
